• Self-Starter with the ability to immediately fulfill the responsibilities of an Oracle HRMS professional. • Strong ability to provide timely, quality, and cost-effective services related to Oracle E-business Suite Core HR applications including Employee Data Maintenance, Work Structures, Earning/Deductions Code (element) creations and other key HR processes to assist the Company in meeting its business objectives. • Skilled at learning new concepts quickly, working well under pressure, and communicating ideas clearly and effectively. • Provide expertise in Oracle Time and Labor, Payroll Processing, Oracle HRMS System Administration, Flex fields, Value Sets, Fast Formulas, and Concurrent Processing • Ability to provide support maintenance of the HR applications and Oracle Alert Management and Creation. • Ability to provide support maintenance of the HR applications through good knowledge of Oracle patching methodologies. • Ability to develop and modify reports using TOAD, SQL Scripts and Reports Builder. • Strong ability to work with end users a required on problem resolution and enhancements to HR systems and processes. • Ability to develop user test scripts and set up User Acceptance Testing. • Skills in project management, developing and modifying project plans. • Ability to work well in stressful situations while performing multiple, concurrent tasks with frequent interruptions. • Strong Ability to prioritize work remains on task, meet deadlines, delegate and/or follow instructions. • Ability to work well with a diverse group of people as part of a team and maintain constructive working relationships within and outside the organization. • Strong ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues. • Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and provide post-production support.
