Salesforce.com Admin & Developer technically savvy process-oriented individual, who will work closely with you to design, implement and support an existing Salesforce system and will be responsible for executing on the configuration, on-going design and improvement of the CRM platform. Responsibilities: • Review and understand general organization drivers and context for development projects and assist in defining required features and mapping Salesforce features to business processes. • Handle the feature request/support backlog; work with managers, users to create their vision. • Implement enhancements and roll out new features. Execute error-free solution design activities such as data mapping, object modeling, page layout design and rule logic definition in the context of the Salesforce application. • Create training materials and user documentation, and maintain such documentation as business needs evolve. Skills and Experience • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality. • Excellent project management skills, demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and produce documentation/transfer of knowledge. • Passionate about solving challenges by using technology solutions correctly. • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem- solving skills. • Excellent interpersonal communication skills. • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills. • Some experience with Pardot Marketing Automation platform. • 2+ years as a Salesforce Administrator.
