Over 20 years of experience collaborating with HR/IT stakeholders to implement complex ERP Solutions on the latest application releases (v9.2). • Extensive hands on experience with all HCM modules specializing in Global Absence Management as well as Core HR, Base Benefits, Ben Admin, Payroll, Recruit Workforce, Position Management, Security Administration, ePerformance, Compensation and Self Service modules for both domestic and global projects with multiple focuses. • Experienced managing several SDLC implementations (v7.5 – 9.2) and 2 full lifecycle upgrades with experience in all aspects of project lifecycle including vendor selection, scoping, planning, program management, client management, complex requirements, development and automated testing (SIT, UAT, Regression, Smoke and Functional), deployment planning and support.
