Certified in Oracle Fusion HCM, Benefits, Compensation Management, GL, and AP. Worked extensively with HR and Financials management to record all system requirements and pain points to ensure Fusion systems covered base functionality. Worked successfully with client subject matter experts and Management in various Financials areas to ensure proper setup of General Ledger structures including Chart of Account, Primary and Secondary Ledgers and Cross-Validation. Worked closely with AP and AR Managers to create new business processes and procedures for Fusion Financials implementations. Developed custom Procure to pay processes for Fusion clients including setting up Dashboards in Fusion and custom Payment and Receipt Methods. Two years’ experience with technical and functional teams mapping data from Taleo to Oracle Fusion. Technical experience design experience in employee transition from Taleo modules to Fusion HCM. Lead consultant responsible for creating various documents to support change control including; Change Requests, MD50s – Functional Designs, MD70 – Technical Designs, updates to BR100s – Setup Documentation and creation of test scripts.
