Involved in providing process or solution challenges, implementing preventative measures, conducting due diligence on the needs/problem statement, identifying the solution that will address the client requirements, providing estimates, submitting proposals for development projects and oversees the project throughout its life- cycle until completion. • Develop and present solution architecture that address business issues and concerns keeping a keen eye on the Customer’s Enterprise Architecture principles and roadmap. • Oracle certified Specialist in Oracle Receivables, Oracle Payable and Oracle General Ledger (E-business Suite 12). • Extensive Experience on Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P) and Record to Report (R2R) process flows. • Extensive experience in Implementation, Migration, Customization, Production, Upgrade, Rollout and Support of Oracle applications/EBS with major focus on financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, EBTax), Advanced Collections, Trade Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, iExpenses and SCM Modules (PO, OM and INV). • Work experience on Sub-ledger accounting (SLA), AME, Multi-org, Intercompany Transactions, Reconciliation, Revenue Recognition, Financial Statement Generator (FSG), WEB ADI and Data Loader. • Expertise in developing Functional Specification MD.050, Business Process Flow BP.080, BR.030, BR.100, and Test Scripts TE.040 documents using AIM and ABF methodologies. • Experience on Design and Development of various RICEFW components and CEMLI’s. • Extensive Experience on defining Jobs, Positions, Approvals, Location and organizations in HRMS. • Conducting Test Workshops for Business Users and handling Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Work as a liaison between stake holders and Technical Team. • Work with metalink support and handle SR’s during implementation, Support, and upgradation to resolve technical issues. • Work experience with technical team to develop Oracle Forms, interface and Reports. • Involved in month-end closings, interfaces maintenance and day to day issues. • Coordinate with QTP, Sales Force, Business Intelligence, UPK and Certify Teams and provided KT to complete regression, load testing, reports and user guides. • Project Management Life cycle experience on SDLC, AIM and ABF. • Experience on US GAAP, SOX and IFRS accounting process. • Well Experience in MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. • Extensive Experience on diagnostics, identify problems and provide resolutions. • Adept in writing queries in PL/SQL and experience with TOAD and PL/SQL Developer. • Extensive experience on Accounting and Accounting entries for P2P/O2C processes. • Ability to work independently. • Ability to work in coordination and collaboration in accordance with onsite/offshore model.
