• Development of project plans and implement the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning System).
• Sets deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitors progress of the project.
• Leads the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP configuration
• Responsible for end to end full cycle implementation of Oracle HCM.
• Re-Designing Business process flows as per the HR best practices focusing on areas of Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning Management, Succession Planning and HR Self-Service;
• Working with team to bounce ideas, brainstorm available solutions and decide on the best feasible solution to implement so that both business and technical team can relate and see the benefit.
• Perform daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.
• Documentation of System Study, Design Documents, User Training Manuals and others;
• Responsible for Training end users; and
• Presentations of Oracle Modules to Clients.
